What is YOUR vision of optimal health?
Let's TeamUp and discover it together!
Laura Foust is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and owner of TeamUp Health Coaching. Laura is trained and certified through the Duke Integrative Medicine Health Coaching Program.
TeamUp Health Coaching utilizes a whole person approach to partner with clients so that they can implement the changes needed to become the best version of themselves and live their best lives.
Through client-focused one-on-one and group coaching sessions, participants will be able to achieve lasting, long term health and wellness behavior modifications that will allow them to delay or avoid preventable chronic illnesses.
A Certified Integrative Health Coach is part of a healthcare team. Together we TeamUp to discover a pathway to optimal health and well-being in a safe and judgment-free place where you will be able to assess, identify goals, and make lasting lifestyle changes.
Developed by Duke Integrative Medicine, the Wheel Of Health is a visual representation of how your health and well-being are affected not only by your level of exercise and nutrition habits, but also relationships, communication, personal and professional development, spirituality, physical environment, and mind-body connection.
Research shows that lasting lifestyle change happens when the motivation comes from within.
You are the Expert on You. Your vision and your values are what matter. Working with you as your Integrative Health Coach, Laura bridges the gap between the doctor's recommendations and implementing dynamic lifestyle changes.
Your Health and Wellness
are not defined solely by
your test results!
An Integrative approach to Health and Wellness includes the whole person. Good health is not only determined by your blood pressure and cholesterol numbers, but your physical, social, psychological, and spiritual behaviors can contribute as well. These areas are all linked and when they are in balance, we thrive!
“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social
well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
—World Health Organization
